iphone have Imo not working in UAE

Pls dont talk like childish. Whatever UAE or KSA or USA. IMO should work at any cost, otherwise Apple should remove from "App Store". If this App is from china. USA never supports. and it is working in Android in UAE and KSA. I strongly condemned that IMO should work. Otherwise customers never believe in Apple Products.

Mine also it is not working. I tried my level best. Done install uninstall etc. But no use.

Apple should intervene in IMO services and check IMO is working in Apple products or not. otherwise Apple should serve notice and remove product permanently from "App Store". Fooling customers is like given Business into fools hand.

When i put mobile Number in IMO its buffering, it never proceeds next step... Check at your side. If it is not solved it come on all social medias ....

Dear, I am using iPhone 6s Plus, when I bought new it was supporting IMO very clearly but after few days can't use for calling & massage but my other mobile phone is supporting IMO without any issues. Now can you tell me what is the problem? Should I contact IMO or iPhone?

It's easy but useless answer that IMO is not Apple product so contact the developer if it is not working. Well, Apple has accepted the product in App Store and customers buy Apple when they find their necessary apps on any mobile's app store. So it's responsibility of Apple to give access to that software on the goodwill of which they are selling their product.

On the other hand, IMO is working on all android mobile phones sold by all mobile phone companies in middle east and if the problem with an app is only on an Apple device, it's Apple's problem and not the developer's.

So instead of blamming the developer or the ISP carrier or the country law, why don't you simply say that Apple should remove such barriers that are not allowing the customers to use IMO the same way they are using it on android devices. Else, if Apple doesn't want to do it, it should simply remove that application from its app store so that users are not deceived.

Apple has not place any barriers that are preventing customers from using it. There is nothing Apple can do about it. Stop wasting your (and our) time and energy blaming Apple. Take it up with the developer.

و الظاهر انهم ماهم عارفين كيف يفصلوا ايمو على نظام الأندوريد أو انهم مخلينه عشان مافي خصوصية او عشان اعلانتهم و الله اعلم .

بس انت ماوصلت مرحلة عامل نظافة في شركة ابل عشان تتكلم عليهم كذا ، انت اصلا مجرد مستخدم ومستهلك للمنتاجات بتفكير عقيم و جاهل انت و بيئتك الفاشلة المحيطة الاي حولك

Yes, once the Apple software is updated, IMO will no longer work and Next step stage will not continue if you are trying to re-install the application. Apple Company only has to solve this app supporting issue.

I Am living in Saudi Arabia and have the same problem with Imo since I got iphone 6, I tried to in instal and reinstall the app but still have the same situation i can't hear or dial calls

Contact the app developer. That's not an Apple product. It's also possible that it is being blocked by the carriers and ISPs there as many IP telephony and video chat services are banned by law.

IMO Calling and chatting not working & calls notification came after call drop.

Apple has no control over your government or the ISPs there. If you have a problem with a particular app, contact the app developer.
